This was great! I particularly love that Elisha mentioned Good On You. Active wear is an area where finding sustainable or ethical brands can be tough since so much of it is synthetic fibers. A necessary evil in active wear. Also, I had never heard of Live the Process and the body suits look terrific! Good rec.

I completely agree - Good on You is a fantastic resource. I love that their rating is very strict. When a brand is rated excellent - you know it is!

I'm working on more working out content and I know people are desperate for more no-synthetic options, so I'll make sure I include some of this.

+1 on Live The Process - it's so fab. I have a bunch of tabs open... I love the set with the cut out back + leggings (https://www.livetheprocess.com/products/jet-top), it's so beautiful!

Yes! I am excited and eager to try some of these, especially sports bras. I’ve bought regular bras from Panache before and they’ve held up so interested to see how their sports bras are 😊

Me too - this is the insights that will be most actionable for me personally because I've always really struggled. I've always had to layer two if not three bras on top of each other for 'things' not to move when I run...

I’ve pretty much given up running for that reason, I stick to lower impact movement if I can because I’m not ready to get a reduction quite yet… I guess layering will be the answer for now! Although I do have a sports bra I believe from Chantelle that keeps everything really really tight and I’ve run with it before

Same to be honest - it's not really *joy-inducing* to strap yourself into a couple of constricting bra at 6AM! I'm doing more resistance based training now, which involves less bouncing, and I wear cute bras. It feels like the first time ever that I allow myself to show off a nice cleavage and I tell myself that my chest will be ok with light support for 45 minutes a day. This feels like Im treating myself to a nice cleavage for the first time ever - I feel like it's only in movies that women with large chests wear low cut tops! I have never worn cleavage and I'm really quite enjoying it while it lasts (I will also be getting a reduction in the next 10 years).

I love that you consider showing cleavage a treat for yourself 🤭 Maybe it’s because I’ve never cared that much about what other people think about me showing cleavage (deal with it) or maybe it’s because I live in New York (everyone does it here) but I think they deserve to be shown off regularly, weather permitting.
