I so appreciate Bec's honesty and humanity about mistakes especially. Warmed my little shoppy heart. I bet she's a great friend. XO.

This is such a brilliant style - and actually so helpful about Babaa jumpers as someone who had been eyeing up the wool ones for years!

I wasn't aware of them and now the cotton ones are on my wishlist. Such great color options too!

Loving these columns - it's such fun to get an insight into someone else's dressing process, and I had a mental image of such a good closet!

I totally agree with Bec on the Babaa wool sweaters. But my gripe with them is that they’re sooo itchy. I have one and I can’t even look at it without my skin crawling. Not only was the wool itchy but it had these pokey pieces of straw embedded into it. Maybe the sheep’s bedding? I don’t know.

Super fun to read this column as always

My pet peeve is itchy knitwear so my skin is crawling just reading this.

Omg mine had straw too!!!!!!! Agree with this 100%. I wear my wool one when it’s super cold with a long sleeved shirt underneath.

Bec, that is too funny that yours had straw too. Maybe they put it in there for the full organic experience

Hahaha that on-the-farm-with-the-sheep feel!

Love all of this! I'll be in Santa Fe later this year and am curious about local thrifting — any recs?

You HAVE to go to Lust and Fond, even just to look, it’s so beautiful. Double Take is super fun, they have a whole western side of the store with beautiful well-made vintage cowboy boots, leather jackets, hats etc. and they also have a contemporary side. If you’re down to do some real digging our local Savers is PACKED with gems. I’ve thrifted most of my favorite pieces there!
